When Are Replacements or Refunds Applicable?

• Manufacturing defects
• Transit damage (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
• Incorrect customization due to our error

If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued.

When Replacements or Refunds Are Not Applicable

• We cannot accept responsibility for errors in text, spelling, design, or customization details provided by the customer. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
• Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect measurements provided, or other customer-supplied errors.

Defect Reporting Process

1. Contact Us via WhatsApp video call with our support team, OR
2. Send clear images of the defect, with your order details, to returns@signshack.in

Our team will review the issue and advise on the next steps.

Additional Notes

• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Customized products cannot be returned for any reason other than those listed above.
