Order Preparation
- Made-to-order products: Many of our products are customized based on your specifications.
- Preparation time: This varies by product depending on the complexity and processes involved. While most products are produced within 4 business days, some may take up to 1 week. Timelines (for both preparation and shipping) are shared once you have selected the signs you would like to buy.
Quality Check & Packaging
- Inspection: Each item undergoes a thorough quality check before packaging. Only items meeting our standards are dispatched.
- In case of failure: If a product does not pass inspection, we will promptly remake it. This may slightly extend the delivery timeline, but it ensures you always receive the best.
- Safe packaging: We use durable corrugated boxes, sheets, and protective materials to safeguard your order in transit. All required fixtures, if any, are included.
Shipping Process
- Shipment creation: Once packed, shipping labels are generated, and pick-up is scheduled with our courier partners. In some cases, deliveries may be made through trusted hyperlocal services.
- Courier selection: We work with multiple courier partners and select the best option based on service reliability, delivery timelines, and your delivery location.
- Delivery mode:
- Domestic orders (India): Standard shipping is via surface courier, with delivery in 3–6 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited delivery: Air shipping can be arranged upon request. Additional charges may apply.
Domestic Shipping Fees
- Free shipping: Available on all orders above ₹500.
- Orders below ₹500: A nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Delivery Details
- Changes: Delivery details (recipient name, address, or phone number) can only be modified before dispatch. Once shipped, please contact the courier company directly, though most do not allow post-dispatch changes.
- Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp. This will allow you to monitor your order in real time.
- Holidays: Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Delays
High order volumes or unforeseen courier issues may cause minor delays. If a significant delay arises, we will contact you directly via email or phone.
